Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as Scrum Master for Model N FLEX platform projects, facilitating agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders. Manage sprint progress, identify blockers, and ensure resolution to maintain velocity.
