Scrum Master/Manager - Application Engineering JAVA / .NET

As a seasoned Scrum Master with 8-14 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading Agile and Scrum practices within our Data Analytics and Application Development projects. Your expertise in Java/.Net technologies and Agile methodologies will be essential in ensuring successful project deliveries and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams. Your key responsibilities will include leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies, working closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project goals, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, facilitating issue resolution, supporting software development, and tracking project progress. Additionally, you will be instrumental in promoting continuous improvement, ensuring smooth collaboration between different teams, and guiding and mentoring teams on best practices in Data Analytics and Application Development. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, hands-on experience in Java and .Net Application Development, and a proven track record in delivering Data Analytics projects. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to coach and mentor development teams effectively. While it is beneficial to have experience in both Data Analytics and Application Development, holding a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools are considered good-to-have qualifications.
