Role & responsibilities Ensure all sprint ceremonies are conducted as per planned schedule in each sprint. Daily Scrum: Facilitate daily stand-ups meetings to ensure the sprint is progressing as planned and resolve any impediments that chokes the progress. Sprint Planning: Guide the team on under/over-committing in a sprint. Aid scrum team in estimation using techniques like planning poker and create required tasks for each user story.
