The recruiter must have expertise in working with US job boards, handling different work authorization types, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure successful placements. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements for BA, QA, DA, PM, and Scrum Master roles. Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS . Screen candidates for technical and functional skills based on job descriptions, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), tools (JIRA, Selenium, Power BI, SQL, etc.), and experience in business/IT processes . Identify and recruit US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, EAD, and OPT candidates . Negotiate compensation structures for Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, and 1099 contracts . Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , from sourcing to onboarding. Ensure compliance with US labor laws, visa requirements, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies . Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools . Able to review, understand and update the resume as per the required skillset mentioned in the Job Description Required Skills & Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter . Strong understanding of BA, QA, DA, PM, and Scrum Master job roles, tools, and methodologies . Experience with hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099, and full-time positions) . Bench Sales Recruiter Job Description Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: A Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for marketing BA, QA, DA, PM, and Scrum Master consultants who are available on the bench to US clients, Tier-1 vendors, and direct hiring managers . The recruiter must have a strong vendor network, experience working with implementation partners, and a deep understanding of contract negotiation. Key Responsibilities: Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, L1, etc.) for BA, QA, DA, PM, and Scrum Master roles. Build strong relationships with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners . Identify suitable contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions and submit consultants accordingly. Negotiate contract terms (Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099) with clients and vendors. Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder) and vendor contacts to find active requirements. Work on vendor calls, networking, and relationship management to identify new job opportunities. Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding for placed consultants. Maintain an active database of clients, vendors, and job requirements . Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations, visa rules, and tax structures . Track the performance of bench consultants and provide regular updates on submissions and interviews. Able to review, understand and update the resume as per the required skillset mentioned in the Job Description Required Skills & Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in Bench Sales/Marketing for BA, QA, DA, PM, and Scrum Master profiles. Strong understanding of IT technologies, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and contract types . Experience working with H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and GC consultants .
