POSITION SUMMARY
The Scrum Master/Team Coach (SM/TC) at Zoetis ICC within the ZTD Commercial Enablement Team serves as a servant leader and Agile coach, guiding Scrum teams to deliver value by fostering Agile values, principles, and practices. This role facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes impediments, promotes collaboration, and ensures adherence to the Scrum framework to enable high-performing teams.Working closely with cross-functional Scrum teams-including Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Validation Specialists-and stakeholders such as Business Process Owners, ZTD Business Partners, and technical teams, the Scrum Master helps translate business needs into actionable user stories and drives value delivery.Additionally, this role combines Agile facilitation with business analysis responsibilities to align business requirements with technical execution, supporting smooth sprint delivery and continuous improvement through effective collaboration and documentation.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Percent of TimeFacilitate regular Program Increment (PI) Planning, including preparation, drafting plans, coordination, and review 10%Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with Product Owners and team members 5%
