Manage user stories in Jira and drive priorities for agile execution. Conduct agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum calls, sprint retrospective. Prepare user documentation and release notes. Validate implementation through spot checks prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Coordinate UAT execution and signoff. Track the progress of the tasks and overall project health. Prepare and present monthly status and manage product roadmap. Create plan for scalability and high availability of the IoT products. Create plans to minimize service downtime. Report and react to service outages promptly. Educational Qualifications B. Tech. / Graduate /MCA Required Technical and Professional Expertise Overall 8+ years of experience with software development and management. Prior experience of managing web, mobile, IoT projects. Familiarity with the following technologies Angular, Node JS, React JS, React Native, Java. Previous experience of working with Relational (MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills via numerous methods (in-person, phone calls, video calls, instant messaging, etc). Strong analytical skills. Eye for detail. Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
