Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Scrub Nurse with 2–3 years of experience to join our surgical team. The Scrub Nurse will assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals during operative procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and smooth workflow in the operation theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the operating theatre.
• Assist surgeons during operations by handling instruments, sutures, and supplies.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and available.
• Count surgical instruments, sponges, and supplies before and after procedures.
• Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team throughout the procedure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and materials used.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative support to patients as required.

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Registration.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and OT protocols.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
