Job Description

Job Description – OT Scrub Nurse

Location: Dr. Archana IVF & Women Center
Department: Operation Theatre (OT)

Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons and gynecologists during procedures by preparing and handling surgical instruments.
Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques during all OT procedures.
Maintain OT setup before, during, and after surgical cases, including IVF-related procedures.
Verify and arrange necessary surgical instruments, sutures, and consumables before procedures.
Support anesthesia team and surgical team as required.
Maintain accurate OT records and ensure safe disposal of biomedical waste.
Provide patient care and support during the perioperative period.
Collaborate with embryology and IVF teams for specialized procedures (Oocyte Retrieval, Embryo Transfer, etc.).

Requirements:

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as Scrub Nurse in IVF centers.
Strong knowledge of OT protocols, infection control, and IVF-related procedures.
Good communication skills, teamwork, and patient care focus.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced IVF environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹11,141.90 per month
