If you can take a concept from wireframe ? polished design ? animated, responsive frontend, youll fit right in. Key Responsibilities Create UI/UX designs from scratch using Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD. Convert your own (or provided) designs into responsive, cross-browser-compatible HTML5/CSS3. Implement GSAP animations and micro-interactions to enhance UX. Ensure mobile-first design and development with accessibility in mind. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine layouts, motion, and usability. Maintain clean, reusable CSS architecture and optimize for performance. Stay updated on modern web design and animation trends. Required Skills Strong UI/UX design skills (wireframes, prototypes, and final layouts). Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop (PSD). HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, CSS Grid, responsive design techniques). GSAP animation expertise (ScrollTrigger, timelines, easing, stagger). Basic JavaScript (ES6+) for UI behavior and animation triggers. Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles. Git version control knowledge. A portfolio showing both design work and live coded projects. Nice to Have Branding and graphic design skills. Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS / LESS). Knowledge of React/Vue/Angular for integrating animations.
