As a Producer at Pitaara TV, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the conceptualization, development, and execution of high-quality Punjabi television content. Your role will involve scriptwriting for a variety of television formats, managing pre-production activities, overseeing production processes, and collaborating with the post-production team to ensure the final content meets our high standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing engaging and creative scripts for shows, documentaries, and short films - Overseeing pre-production tasks such as location scouting, casting, and budgeting - Managing production teams, coordinating shoots, and ensuring smooth execution - Collaborating with the editing team to finalize content with sound effects, music, and graphics - Maintaining high standards of quality throughout the production process - Coordinating with various departments like marketing, sales, and finance To be successful in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in the TV or radio industry - Proficiency in both written and spoken Punjabi - Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills - A passion for Punjabi culture and entertainment To apply for this position, please send your resume, cover letter, and portfolio of work to hr@pitaara.tv.
