Collaborate with external production partners, agencies, and freelancers, overseeing project execution and ensuring alignment with creative vision and brand standards. Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to extract insights, inform content strategy, and enhance future video initiatives. Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film production, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in video production, content marketing, or a similar role, with 3+ years of managing video workflows. Strong scriptwriting and storytelling abilities, with a deep understanding of narrative structures and brand voice. Hands-on experience managing end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, shoot coordination, and post-production processes. A thorough understanding of the language and needs inherent to writing FMCG & beauty brands Someone who is passionate about beauty, lifestyle with a strong aesthetic sense An interest in what's going on in the world of integrated advertising, and a willingness to experiment with new approaches.
