As a Product Architect at TestGrid, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of our Scriptless Automation Tool. Your expertise in automation testing, particularly with Selenium and Appium, will drive the creation of scalable, user-friendly solutions that empower testers and developers to enhance productivity and efficiency without the need for extensive coding expertise. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical product designs that align with user needs and industry trends. Collaborating closely with product management, engineering, QA, and UX teams, you will ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality automation solutions at TestGrid. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architectural design and development of the Scriptless Automation Tool, focusing on robustness, scalability, and ease of use. - Integrate Selenium and Appium capabilities within the scriptless framework to support web and mobile automation. - Establish best practices, architectural standards, and guidelines for the development team. - Mentor technical teams and guide implementation following the architectural vision. - Research and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities and maintain a competitive advantage. - Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise tools and CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Product Architect or in a senior technical leadership role in automation testing. - Expertise in automation frameworks and tools, especially Selenium and Appium. - Hands-on experience designing or working with scriptless or low-code/no-code automation platforms. - Strong understanding of software architecture principles and scalable system design. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of AI/ML applications in test automation. - Background in QA, software development, or related technical fields.
