As a Boomi Integration Architect at Sidel's Center of Excellence in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in the digital transformation journey. Reporting to the IT Business Partner & Digital Innovation, you will be responsible for designing the overall system architecture and integration strategy. Your mission involves providing technical leadership to the development team, ensuring that the system design meets functional and non-functional requirements, evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies for integration, and overseeing the implementation process while adhering to architectural standards. Your responsibilities will include working with cross-functional teams to discover and assess new integration requests, supporting business analysts in collecting business requirements, and producing Process Design Documents aligned with the Integration Architecture. You will collaborate with various business functions to identify digitalization opportunities using the Boomi Integration Platform. Moreover, you will track project deliverables, communicate progress to stakeholders, capture business functional requirements in an agile environment, and facilitate the development of acceptance criteria for users. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Integration Architect, preferably with expertise in Boomi. A bachelor's degree in computer science, Math, or relevant field is required. Your profile should reflect knowledge of system integration technologies, experience in writing requirements for integration solutions, familiarity with software implementation lifecycle, and the ability to formalize complex business requirements. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical skills, understand cloud computing concepts, API management, web services, and have experience with data mapping and transformation techniques. Your success as a Boomi Integration Architect will be enhanced by your ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, communicate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, and support operational transition, training, and documentation efforts. A Scrum Master Certification would be advantageous, and proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for this position.,

Performance & Security: Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Jira performance. Implement best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards. User Support & Training: Provide support for Jira users, troubleshooting issues and optimizing their experience. Conduct training sessions and create documentation for best practices and usage guidelines. Project Management & Collaboration: Collaborate with development, IT, and business teams to enhance Jira functionalities. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Jira solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Jira Cloud administration. Hands-on experience integrating Jira with third-party applications and internal systems. Proficiency in Jira automation, scripting (Groovy, JavaScript), and REST APIs. Familiarity with integration tools like Workato, Zapier, Boomi, or Mulesoft is a plus. Knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace apps like ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, and BigPicture. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator is a plus.
