As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements and extend the out-of-the-box Knowledge Management functionalities. Your role will involve creating necessary components such as templates, widgets, pages, and portals to ensure responsive UI and UX. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage all aspects of the SPM module, including: Idea, Demand, Project, Portfolio, Program, Cost Plan, Time Card, Resource Customize and configure ServiceNow components such as: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Notifications Build and enhance custom SPM solutions based on client needs. Perform integrations with external systems (especially SAP) using Scripted APIs. Lead the design, development, and deployment of SPM-related solutions.
