As a Strategy Wonk at heart and Creative in mind, you will be responsible for setting KPIs, goals, and executing innovative-creative campaigns that deliver both brand and business impact. The core philosophy at Grapes is to combine Strategy, Process, and Trends to build brands and create customer evangelists. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the content team to understand and execute video requirements. - Film, edit, and produce short-form Reels that are engaging and brand-aligned. - Maintain consistent video quality in terms of lighting, sound, and visuals. - Apply storytelling techniques and creative input to enhance videos. - Stay updated with Instagram trends for optimized content. - Deliver projects on time and adapt to changes as needed. - Add basic animations, transitions, and text overlays to videos. - Manage video equipment to ensure readiness for shoots. - Contribute ideas for new video concepts. **Qualifications:** - Degree/certification in Film, Media Studies, or related fields. - Portfolio showcasing relevant videography work. - Proven experience in videography, particularly for Instagram Reels. - Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects). - Understanding of Instagram's platform requirements. - Ability to work with scripts and provide creative input. - Knowledge of lighting, sound, and video production. - Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output. - Strong time-management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Basic motion graphics skills are a plus.,
