What You Will Be Doing Understand the product/feature requirement, review the design and write test plans that suits the customer use cases Responsible to own a feature end to end - starting from testing, automation, script error free run in regression and customer issues handling around that Thorough understanding of the product features and building the ability to debug the customer issues and suggest/implement the workarounds if applicable Need to perform different types of testing that includes functional, system, performance and scale tests Need to create the distributed complex test setups in various cloud platforms and hypervisors based on the requirement Work closely with cross functional teams at various stages of product development to meet the feature deliverables in a release Required Skills And Experience Minimum 8 years of experience and should have the mix of product testing and automation expertise Strong expertise in L2/L3 networking concepts, routing protocols, VPN, IPSec and WAN architecture Strong expertise SDWAN product/feature functionalities Strong experience in performance/scale and system testing Strong expertise with at least one common endpoint platform (Windows, iOS, Android OS/X) Windows/Mac OS system/server side experience with strong knowledge to bring up test environments, testing and troubleshooting Strong expertise in python programming language and should be able to do automation driven testing Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes environments Experience with scalable cloud native multi-tenant architectures Familiarity with one of the major server virtualisation products (ESXi, KVM) & IaaS platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Familiarity with various functional test tools, packet crafting/replaying and security test tools System/server side experience for troubleshooting and strong knowledge of Linux. Good working knowledge in CI/CD deployment in public clouds Technical know-how of source code systems like Github Desired Technical Skills Experience in designing test framework Experience in front-end web UI automation tools like selenium, cypress Experience with traffic generator tools like Spirent and Ixia Experience with web programming and HTTP based APIs (REST or GraphQL) Additional Skills Eagerness to learn new products and technologies Strong verbal and written communication skills.
