As an experienced candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Program coding with expertise in JCL and/or script coding - Utilizing MXG or similar tools proficiently - Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office - Managing multiple projects independently and adapting to shifting priorities - Supporting various client environments with unique requirements - Applying database and data warehouse concepts effectively - Occasionally providing weekend support (1 out of 10 weekends) - Participating in the support team on-call rotation - Identifying and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills - Mentoring lower-level job roles when required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Understanding the competitive landscape from both business and technical perspectives is preferred - Travel requirement: 10% Please note that any reference to years of experience should be disregarded in the UK.,
