We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Content & QA Specialist to ensure the highest quality of our video production, graphic design, and e-learning materials. This pivotal role requires hands-on experience in content creation, quality analysis, and problem-solving. You will be instrumental in understanding and implementing storyboard elements for courses and scripts for videos, ensuring all our educational content is accurate, consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards. Key Responsibilities Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on e-learning videos, courses, and assessments, ensuring content accuracy, design consistency, branding adherence, and script/storyboard alignment. Instructional Design Integration: Develop and implement instructional design strategies, including storyboarding, scripting, and proofreading, as an integral part of the quality control process to create effective and engaging e-learning content. Video Production Quality: Oversee and verify the quality of video production, ensuring it meets our standards for content and visual appeal. Graphic Design Assurance: Ensure all graphic design elements within the content are high quality and align with brand guidelines. E-learning Development Collaboration: Collaborate with the content creation team to develop and refine e-learning materials, ensuring they are engaging and accurate. Storyboard and Script Analysis: Understand and evaluate storyboard elements and scripts, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to ensure clarity and effectiveness. Content Development Support: Assist in creating high-quality content for videos, graphics, PPTs, and online courses, leveraging your skills in video production, graphic design, and e-learning. Qualifications Certification or Diploma in Creative Arts, Video Production, Graphic Design, Animation, or Instructional Design is preferred. Experience in a similar role within the Education, EdTech, Animation, Media, Journalism, or Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) industry is a strong advantage. Skills & Expertise Proven experience in video production, graphic design, and e-learning content creation. Strong background in quality control and content accuracy , with hands-on experience in content creation and fixing issues. Excellent understanding of storyboard elements and video scripting . Proficiency with industry-standard tools and software for content creation, quality control, and issue resolution. Attention to detail and a keen eye for design consistency and branding guidelines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Instructional design skills including storyboarding, proofreading, and scripting. As a Creative Producer, you should have a creative vision combined with commercial awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
