Position Overview : As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support the end-to-end recruitment process. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles within Paytm Money. Key Responsibilities : Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to identify potential candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Support in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements. Maintain and update candidate databases and our applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Requirements : Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (if applicable).
