The recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for technology positions and supporting hiring for functional/business roles as needed. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT & Non-IT roles including sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and candidate profiles. Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screening (technical fit, notice period, compensation, etc.). Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and drive timely closures. Maintain accurate trackers and candidate pipelines using Excel or ATS tools. Drive offer negotiations and engage candidates till onboarding. Ensure adherence to internal hiring processes and documentation standards. Required Skills: Strong sourcing and screening capability using multiple channels in IT & Non IT both Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search techniques. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously. Preferred Attributes: Familiarity with volume hiring or niche role closures is a plus. Proficiency with recruitment tools (Naukri RMS, ATS, Excel dashboards, etc.). Quick learner with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
