Key Responsibilities: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your roles and responsibilities will include (and will not be limited to): 1. Build trust, rapport and ensure timely update on their candidature to facilitate a positive candidate experience d. Provide support and assistance to candidates throughout the recruitment process Our Requirement 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably in recruitment), relevant internship experience, or a strong and demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in HR Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
