As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and unit testing customizations, applications, and integrations within the CRM. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and work closely with the BA/Testing team to translate business requirements into scalable products. Your proficiency in Apex Classes and experience in developing intuitive UI using LWC & Aura will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and unit test customizations, applications, and integrations within Salesforce CRM. - Collaborate with a team of engineers and BA/Testing team to translate business needs into effective products. - Utilize Apex Classes and develop intuitive UI using LWC & Aura. - Work with tools like Bit Bucket, Jira, and Confluence. - Hands-on experience with APEX classes, Triggers, and Lightning web components. - Experience with Salesforce flow capabilities for process automation, data manipulation, and screenflows. - Understanding of Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and platform limits. - Familiarity with version control and CI/CD infrastructure. - Proficiency in Salesforce administration and configuration. - Possess Salesforce Developer and other relevant certifications. Qualifications: - B.E / B.Tech with relevant experience in Salesforce click and code development. - Good knowledge of Triggers, Flows, Admin, Deployment, etc. - Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. - Ability to integrate Salesforce with 3rd party vendors, API integration, and RESTful services. - Knowledge of databases including SQL and SOQL. - Familiarity with DevOps best practices and Agile methodologies. - Experience with Apex test classes and writing clean, flexible, and maintainable apex code. - Knowledge of sales cloud and marketing cloud is a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred qualifications include the ability to deploy rapid prototyping solutions, set up CI/CD pipelines with GIT and SFDX, and work with the full development life cycle.
