Job Title: Screen Printer Location: Narela Industrial Area, Delhi Company: Filex System Private Limited Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Role Overview: The Screen Printer will manage end-to-end screen printing operations for the brand’s production line, ensuring high-quality output, precision, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Execute manual and semi-automatic screen printing on various substrates. Prepare screens, mix inks, and ensure accurate color matching. Maintain printing equipment and ensure optimal machine performance. Inspect finished products for quality standards and rectify defects. Coordinate with production teams to meet daily output targets. Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols on the shop floor. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of screen printing techniques, inks, and substrates. Expertise in color mixing, registration, and print alignment. Ability to troubleshoot printing defects and equipment issues. High attention to detail with consistent quality control abilities.
