We are looking for aspirational graduates interested in a career in Consulting to join our niche Banking Domain and Practice. As a part of the team, you will be supporting Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and teams of talented professional business and technology consultants. Your role will involve delivering business-focused solutions for our clients using Oracle applications, tools, and technology. You will work on specific project tasks to ensure successful project outcomes and client reference ability. With extensive training and experience from the team, you will have the opportunity to grow into a team lead, project manager, or Subject Matter Expert in Business domain or Solution Architecture, with full accountability and responsibility for the delivered solution in your projects. Your responsibilities will include developing skills and competence on our products in terms of functionality, design, and architecture. You will also be involved in developing extensions or customizations around our products based on customer requirements, whether it's related to UI/UX, Business functionality, Interfaces and Integration, or Reports and visualizations. Additionally, you will assist in testing and deploying the product and the customizations, as well as preparing various documentation such as program specifications, unit test plans, test cases, technical documentation, release notes, and status reports. To be successful in this role, you should have 4-10 years of work experience in Full Stack Development. Good knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Webservices is essential, and exposure to Java technologies will be a value-added advantage. You should also have knowledge of Java Script, HTML, Config, Design & Dev, and sound knowledge of SDLC - Waterfall and Agile Models. Experience in Design/Code reviews, Product Implementation and Support, and the usage of tools for screen mock-up and UI prototyping is preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills are crucial, along with experience in Flexcube or other core-banking systems from providers like TEMENOS, FINNESTRA, TCS Bancs, FIS, INTELLECT Design in a similar role. A degree in a field relevant to Oracle's business, strong communication skills (written and verbal), accuracy, attention to detail, domain appreciation, business acumen, analytical skills, ability to engage with customers at all levels, and a strong interest and aptitude for Information Technology are also necessary. Desired skills include experience in working in the BFSI Domain, particularly in Banking, strong Oracle tech skills - PL/SQL, SQL, Java, and end-to-end implementation of solutions from inception to go-live. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills and have participated in supporting critical phases of projects.
