We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Acting Faculty member who is deeply committed to the craft of performing arts and mentoring aspiring actors. The ideal candidate should bring both academic knowledge and practical industry experience to inspire and train students in acting techniques, stage presence, and performance skills. Key Responsibilities: Teach acting techniques, improvisation, character building, and performance methods to students. Mentor and guide students in honing their acting skills and building confidence. Conduct workshops, rehearsals, and stage/performance exercises. Share industry insights and prepare students for auditions, stage performances, and screen acting. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with other faculty members to design and deliver a well-rounded curriculum. Encourage creativity, discipline, and professionalism in students. Required Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in Theatre, Performing Arts, Drama, or related field. Professional acting experience in theatre, television, or film is highly desirable. Prior teaching/training experience in acting schools, drama institutes, or similar setups preferred. Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. Passionate about nurturing young talent and contributing to their artistic journey.
