Job Summary: The Mechanical Engineering team is increasing capabilities to help projects in the various business units of Bechtel Global. Engineer Fired Equipment (Thermal & Mechanical Design of Fired Equipment). Knowledge of Thermal Oxidizers, Incinerators, SCR/SNCR, Fired Heaters, Flares, WHRUs, etc. Candidate should have worked as Responsible Engineer with experience preferred in execution of Basic/Conceptual Engineering, FEED, EPCM, EPC modes of execution for Indian / International projects. Experience sought commensurate with the number of years put in the industry. Major Responsibilities: Selected candidate will report to the Engineering Group Supervisor and essential job duties will include the following: Plan and conduct within schedule and cost independent work carried out with sound engineering practices and of desired quality Review of Process package for completeness of Process and Mechanical related data Review of PFDs, PIDs, MSDs, Data sheets. Commenting/review on the same for completeness Develop technical specifications for Equipment/Package. Review of specifications from Licensor / Client / PMC Participating in IDC process. Interaction with Engineering disciplines, Clients / PMC, Bidders / Vendors Design, MTO estimation, preparation of MDS/Engineering drawings, MRQs. Review of Quotes, assessing deviations, raising of TQs, TBEs, MRPs Review of VPs (General Arrangement, Calculation, Detail drawings, API Datasheets, Procedures etc.) Interact with Global offices, execute work on workshare mode. Help project/proposal activities Participating in Value Engineering, design and cost optimization. Coordinate technical issues with other departments on projects including technical and constructability. Develop standard documentation for use on projects. Implement/Capture Lesson Learnt. Resolving Vendor/Site queries. Interaction with Inspection Agencies, Expeditors, other agencies for delivery of Equipment/Packages. Providing Inputs/Review for Progress reporting. Helping the project through construction and commissioning phases. Travel to help activities at other engineering offices, suppliers works, construction sites. Education and Experience Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from accredited college or university. Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience. Required Knowledge and Skills: Good knowledge of Thermal Oxidizers, Incinerators, SCR/SNCR, Fired Heaters, Flares, WHRUs, etc. The Candidate will work as part of Global Bechtel team and should have basic flair for working with personnel of different nationalities. Should have a good proficiency for spoken and written English language. Candidate to mention valid visa available including detail of Type, expiry date. Denial of USA visa earlier at any stage need to be indicated. Thermal and Mechanical design for various Fired Heaters & Reformers of Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical plants. High proficiency in one with moderate proficiency in other (Mechanical and Thermal design) is acceptable Knowledge for different Process Licenser specific design requirements and construction features. Selection, conceptual/basic, detail engineering for Fired heaters and Reformers, Thermal Oxidizers, Incinerators, SCR/SNCR, Flares, WHRUs, etc. Knowledge of Fired Heater associated equipment like Burners, Air Preheater, FD/ID Fans, Damper / SOB etc. Ability to interpret & review vendor process, APH & firing P&IDs. Review of APH layout and structure design. Knowledge and experience on STAAD analysis and review will be an added advantage. Hands on experience on manual calculations and working on software FRCN-5PC or equivalent will be an added advantage. Knowledge for different Process Licenser specific design requirements and construction features. Ability to optimize size and design and overall configuration of the Thermal Oxidizers, Incinerators, SCR/SNCR, Fired Heaters, Flares, WHRUs, etc. Drawing overall scope of work and supply, package boundaries, interfaces, inputs from/to EPC Contractor, Package supplier documentation. Aware of scope of other Engineering disciplines. Ability to quickly provide data for carrying out preliminary detailing / estimation by Mechanical and other Engineering disciplines. Understand various types of materials to be used for different services and review of vendor proposed materials, analyze deviations sought and respond timely. Knowledge of Design using Codes & Standards - API 530, API 535, API 560, ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and other supporting sections of ASME. Knowledge of industry / regulatory codes and standards like API, ASME, ANSI, AISC, BS, BIS, OISD, Licensor & Client specifications. Familiarity with HAZOP, SIL reviews, model reviews. Trouble shooting, association with resolution of Client and site queries. Knowledge of engineering work planning and schedules, related construction practices. Knowledge & assessment of Suppliers capabilities. "Seeking 8 contract resources in Hyderabad and Bangalore for performing SAST (Static application security testing), SCA (Software Composition Analysis) and DAST (Dynamic application security testing) to perform identification and remediation of vulnerabilities in Applications. About the Job:This position is a Contractor at Senior Specialist Cyber Security role for performing Application Security Testing in Cyber Security Organization. This profile will be passionate in preventing risk by performing remediation validation of vulnerabilities identified during the testing process. While doing so they will also be identifying vulnerabilities in the applications of the enterprise by configuring scan settings for effective vulnerability enumeration, Identify and document findings, approve false positives and define/document approved mitigations used by AppSec Testers. Experience Level:8 years Location:Hyderabad or Bengaluru Roles and Responsibilities: Perform SAST/SCA/DAST scans using industry vulnerability scanner SAST/SCA Veracode, using supplied compiled binary, configure scan platform to correct scan for both static code CWEs as well as SCA derived CVEs. Work will include coordination with app owner to ensure all branches of code are included in compiled binary file. DAST Work begins with crawling the target application to identify existing directory and file structure. Once identified, execute DAST scan using HCL product to identify dynamic issue only visible during code execution. This person will be primarily tasked to execute scan retest by performing revalidation tests of previously identified critical and high severity vulnerabilities as requested by the client application teams. During testing process, tester MUST ensure application is not degraded and/or taken out of service due to scanning activities. Tester must ensure results from scanner are present in Vulnerability reporting platforms and visible to approved app users. Perform manual validation and false positive analysis on the automated scan results. Provide remediation support will analyze the top rated vulnerabilities along with provide support to application teams on remediation strategies from identified risks.
