The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in BlueYonder SCPO and ESP modules , with a proven track record of leading successful end-to-end implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver 45 full-cycle implementations of BlueYonder SCPO / ESP modules. Customize and configure supply planning solutions, including capacity planning, production planning, and optimization solvers (e.g., MAP, Deep Tree). Engage in stakeholder management , conduct regular client reviews, and ensure client satisfaction. Drive delivery-led growth through upselling and quality execution. Contribute to RFPs , solution estimations, and customer presentations. Build and enhance custom functionalities in BlueYonder ESP / SCPO. Manage integration workflows , batch processes, and solution architecture. Work with Oracle PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning. Handle agile project delivery , using tools like JIRA for task and requirement tracking. Conduct end-user training sessions and mentor internal team members. Demonstrate ownership, problem-solving ability, and a sense of urgency in project delivery. Represent the organization in customer meetings, workshops, and solution demos . In-depth experience in BlueYonder Demand, Fulfilment, and ESP modules . Proficiency in supply chain optimization techniques and custom planning model configurations . Experience working with Oracle PL/SQL and ability to fine-tune SQL processes. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Hands-on experience in solution architecture, batch process management , and software integration. Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management best practices. Ability to independently manage customer expectations, escalations , and project milestones. Nice to Have: Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, planners, and integration teams to build robust and scalable supply chain planning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Configure BY ESP engines for constraint-based planning, inventory balancing, pegging, etc. Customize supply planning logic based on business supply networks and capacities. Develop integrations with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) using middleware like MuleSoft or Informatica. Create and manage data pipelines and validate data quality. Perform unit, system, and UAT testing; maintain technical documentation. Troubleshoot planning engine behavior and support hypercare activities post go-live. Collaborate with planners and IT stakeholders to ensure solution alignment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder ESP (formerly JDA ESP). Strong skills in supply planning concepts (constraint planning, pegging, ATP/CTP). Proficiency in scripting (PL/SQL, Python, Unix) and data integration tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SCPO modules like Demand, IO, Sequencing. Knowledge of OIL scripting, SPARQ solver, and complex BOM planning. BY ESP/SCPO certification is a plus. Agile/hybrid implementation experience and excellent debugging/documentation skills. Familiarity with Anaplan, APIs, and event-driven architecture is a plus.
