As a Senior SAP OTC Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Order-to-Cash processes for both global and regional deployments. Your deep functional expertise in SAP SD, logistics execution, and integration with external systems such as 3PL vendors and eCommerce platforms will be essential for optimizing end-to-end OTC operations and driving digital transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include leading SAP OTC implementations and enhancements from blueprinting to deployment, designing and optimizing OTC workflows including order management, delivery processing, billing, and returns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate financial postings, manage interfaces with external systems, support eCommerce integration, and provide hypercare and AMS support post go-live. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7-10 years of SAP OTC experience, including S/4HANA implementations. SAP certification in SD/OTC is preferred, and experience in manufacturing, consumer electronics, or logistics-heavy environments will be highly valued. Your skills and expertise should encompass strong SAP configuration knowledge in SD/OTC modules, logistics execution, billing, pricing, and customer master data. You should have integration experience with systems like Hybris, SCPI, Salesforce, and 3PL, familiarity with SAP Warehouse Management and Global Trade Services (GTS), and experience with Vistex BRS for rebate and incentive management. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and its OTC capabilities, working experience with e-commerce integration with SAP, excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with AMS support models and incident resolution workflows will be key to your success. Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage clients software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLAs ensuring client satisfaction Do Ensure timely response of all the tickets raised by the client end user Service requests solutioning by maintaining quality parameters Act as a custodian of clients network/ server/ system/ storage/ platform/ infrastructure and other equipments to keep track of each of their proper functioning and upkeep Keep a check on the number of tickets raised (dial home/ email/ chat/ IMS), ensuring right solutioning as per the defined resolution timeframe Perform root cause analysis of the tickets raised and create an action plan to resolve the problem to ensure right client satisfaction Provide an acceptance and immediate resolution to the high priority tickets/ service Installing and configuring software/ hardware requirements based on service requests 100% adherence to timeliness as per the priority of each issue, to manage client expectations and ensure zero escalations Provide application/ user access as per client requirements and requests to ensure timely solutioning Track all the tickets from acceptance to resolution stage as per the resolution time defined by the customer Maintain timely backup of important data/ logs and management resources to ensure the solution is of acceptable quality to maintain client satisfaction Coordinate with on-site team for complex problem resolution and ensure timely client servicing Review the log which Chat BOTS gather and ensure all the service requests/ issues are resolved in a timely manner Deliver NoPerformance ParameterMeasure1.100% adherence to SLA/ timelines Multiple cases of red time Zero customer escalation Client appreciation emails Mandatory Skills: SAP HANA Cloud Integration. About the Team Our Team is Modern eNodeB (4G LTE Radio) or gNodeB (5G NR Radio) are key elements of mobile Telecom network. These radios are realized in different ways Standalone Radio , BBU (Base Band Unit) and RRH (Remote Radio Head), O-RAN CU (Central Unit) DU (Distributed Unit) and RU (Radio Unit). In deployments RU/RRH are deployed on top of the tower and BBU/CU-DU at bottom. The RU/RRH key functionality is to convert base band signals to RF and also amplify signal to higher power. What you work: Responsible for design and development of Test Automation Tools for ORAN Compliant 5G/4G Radio Units. Must have ability to think outside the box, creating innovative solution for complex telecom radio management solutions. Working in building Test Automation Frameworks for variety of wireless products that are telecom grade developed, manufactured, and supplied to international customers by the company. Design and development of Backend application / Library & Scrips for instruments ( Keysight ORAN Studio, VIAVI DU Emulator, VSA, VSG, VNA etc) that are used for testing ORAN Compliant 5G Radio Unit & Distributed Unit. Build value added / differentiated Instrumentation Logic and Application for 5G Test cases. Design and build the Customized Test Automation Framework backend end solution. Lead team of 2-3 Members, build & nurture the test automation domain capabilities Mandatory Skill : Expertise in object-oriented programming and design patterns . Hands on experience in SCPI Commands based test scripts and instrumentation control/automation. A very good understanding of code versioning tools, such as {{Git / Mercurial / SVN}} Knowledge on ORAN Management Plane, CUS Plane. Good knowledge in RESTAPI, Northbound and Southbound interface definitions. Should have done documentation of design including Architecture, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Wireframe definition. Familiarity with Instrument testing frameworks (e.g Robo Framework), Proven experience in measuring and reporting. Desired Skills: Working knowledge in KeySight, VIAVI, TEKTRONICS, ANRITSU etc. Have experience using bug tracking applications such as JIRA Knowledge on wireless system (e.g. Base Station, CPE) and RF Knowledge on Telcom deployments and operations. Understanding of TCP/IP protocol, SNMP/MIB, ORAN-IETF NETCONF/YANG models, ORAN Interface. Preferred Qualifications Experience: 3-6 years’ experience in Automation framework Development with ORAN 5G. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design scalable integration architectures. Develop data services using SAP Data Services such as BTP, DCP, IDP, OData, REST, SOAP, XML etc. to enable seamless data exchange between systems. Implement SCPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integration) projects from end-to-end including configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance.
