We are seeking an offshore seasoned Oracle Cloud Integration Lead to join our fast-growing offshore Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Team. Responsibilities: As an Oracle Cloud Integration Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day support and Projects tasks related to business process integration and consulting using Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimize system performance. Lead the design and development of Oracle ERP cloud implementations related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications. Manage offshore team members in design, development of Oracle Cloud ERP, SCP application integrations. Lead development activities in a cross-functional environment, including teams spanning the enterprise and third-party vendors. Proactively identify and communicate messages and updates regarding blockers, dependencies, risks, and status to all project stakeholders. Create and maintain accurate, unambiguous technical design documents with appropriate level of details in a standardized format. Demonstrate strong prioritization, sense of ownership, and focus skills with multitasking and competing priorities and know how to make the right trade-offs. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication with good presentation skills. Mentor offshore developers leading in technical design, development and execute the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation lifecycle, and post go-live support. Lead overall offshore development teams and manage technical activities for multiple client projects. Mentor team, develop their talent and challenge the status quo to achieve skills and positive project outcomes. Participate in the estimation of technical activities by following best practices and industry guidelines. Perform light project management and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within established budget. Act as gate keeper of all projects technical activities and ensure quality of deliverables is top notch. Assist with the development of standards, procedures, and processes for the most optimum delivery technical components of our client projects. Requirements: Minimum 5-6 years of experience with Oracle applications with last two to three years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP applications as an Oracle Cloud Integration Lead. Minimum five years of ERP or Cloud Data Conversion processes, inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, PaaS Integration Cloud Service (ICS) experience. Experience leading full life cycle Oracle Cloud implementations for large complex client delivery. Strong knowledge of software development principles, processes, concepts, and techniques. Deep understanding of REST and SOAP APIs of Oracle Cloud ERP and building ETL based integrations through these APIs. Experience with SQL and PL/SQL, OTBI, BIP, RTF templates, FBDI and HDL and Workflow tools. Knowledge of Java, XML, JDeveloper, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Groovy Scripting, and Cloud Framework native to Oracle Fusion Applications. Experience working in a Sprint driven, Agile project environment and traditional waterfall methodologies. Deep level technical knowledge at the table level of Oracle modules related to Financials and/or SCM. Excellent communication both verbal and oral, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Oracle Cloud Application Technology Certification is preferred.

About the Role: The JM Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of technicians and delivering quality Termite services, optimising material consumption and service excellence through them. The incumbent will report to the OM / AOM/ Sr OE and will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: Manage a team of technicians and deliver Service Excellence through a team. Ensure contractual obligations to our customers are met; ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship are delivered. Supervision of Termite jobs, SMEs jobs in absence of TSPO jobs, and supporting Solo Technicians if required (Should not be utilised for Office work) Issue of materials, chemical, Fuel and monitoring & optimising consumption. Verify physical stock and ensure the same is matching with NAV once in 15 days. Prepare Bags and Materials for technicians one day in advance for next days schedule, by taking the next day schedule from Planner daily @ 3 pm Allocate technician for daily deployment in coordination with SPs as per OTOZ Expected reduction in material consumption at site and in route to optimum utilisation of resources Inform BM/OM for non moving material each month. Monitor material expiry dates and inform OM/BM min 3-4 months in advance. Update OE on surplus stock / near to expiry & Prepare indents Physical stock taking at branch and at customer sites Ensure store remains clean and in neat condition PPE distribution check and issue Check service quality when on supervision & surprise visits Supervise termite jobs and optimise ToS for termite jobs Improve quality of Termite jobs to reduce complaints Encourage more technicians to submit leads Key Result Areas: Control & reduction in material cost Effective utilisation of Squad and Improve Termite ToS TSPO- Complaint reduction Increase in nos. of Technicians submitting leads Streamline PPEs usages and stores material issue & receipt Competencies (Skills essential to the role): Proven for his skills in various PMS SCP operating knowledge Assertive, Self Confident and Team player Positive Attitude Takes pride in their work Ability to work Independently Leadership skills for getting work done, persuasive Well Groomed Educational Qualification / Other Requirement: Minimum 10th pass (prefered 10+2), can read & write in local language (English prefered ) Successfully completed L1 Training Program (L2 Preferred) Preferably possess two wheeler with valid driving license Working knowledge of computers will be an added advantage
