As an E-learning Developer at King Oranges, a Mumbai-based e-learning solutions provider with a rich history of over three decades of combined experience, you will play a crucial role in creating custom e-learning content for a diverse range of global clients. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging in day-to-day tasks associated with e-learning development using various authoring tools to produce SCORM compliant output. Located in Thane, this full-time on-site role requires you to collaborate closely with the team to ensure the smooth execution of projects across all development phases. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional skills in Articulate Storyline 3 and 360, demonstrating proficiency in triggers, states, layers, variables, timelines, and both basic and advanced functionalities of Storyline. Additionally, you should have experience working with Adobe Captivate and other authoring tools, along with the ability to grasp storyboards or concepts and apply your creative ideas effectively. Adhering to internal media standards, you will be responsible for developing eLearning modules independently based on storyboards provided by our ID team, integrating graphical assets, content, and voiceovers seamlessly. While not mandatory, visualization skills based on the content provided in the storyboard are considered advantageous. Your experience in ensuring SCORM compliance, along with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies, will be vital for success in this role. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet project deadlines consistently.
