The Opportunity: SailPoint is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketo Campaign Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution, optimization, and reporting of our Marketo-driven marketing campaigns, playing a critical role in generating demand and nurturing leads. Marketo Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest Marketo features, functionalities, and marketing automation best practices, recommending improvements and efficiencies. Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests on various campaign elements (e.g., subject lines, calls-to-action, landing page layouts) to continuously improve performance. What You Bring: 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with Marketo, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification highly preferred. Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, lead nurturing, and demand generation best practices. Proficiency in building emails, landing pages, forms, and programs within Marketo. Experience with Salesforce CRM integration and lead flow management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
