GREAT Opportunity - Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities: Client Engagement: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the financial services sector, including but not limited to Indian Banks (both public and private), NBFCs, FinTech, Payments Service Providers, Regulators, etc. - Understand client needs and objectives and facilitate meetings with Deloitte Partner-Directors on strategic requirements. - Act as a primary point of contact for client pursuits. Business Development: - Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities in the Indian market. Lead the client acquisition process from prospecting to contract negotiation, working closely with lead Partners. - Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, drive new business opportunities and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients. - Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with key client decision makers. - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain a robust network of C-suite executives (CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) to help facilitate business opportunities and partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients. - Portfolio Positioning: Position Scoremes technology and consulting offerings, articulate value proposition, differentiation, and competitive advantages to the client leadership. - Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and competitive advantage. - Sales Enablement: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. - Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting, providing regular updates and insights to Senior Partners. - Negotiations: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field. - MBA from Tier 1 B-school. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in consulting sale across financial services clients, with a proven track record of successful sales conversion.
