Creating reports for individuals as well as groups so that level of trainings can be defined and proper feedback should be gathered. Handling the projects of the department for the organization and providing the inputs for the betterment. Introducing the projects focusing on the development of the skills for trainers. Conduct SWOT analysis of team in order to plan the training programs. Define a SOP for the vertical to create a strong system.
