Job Description: The Consultant – Presales role is focused on supporting the presales process by gathering and analysing customer requirements, assisting in the preparation of proposals, and supporting product demonstrations to clients. This role works closely with Senior Consultants and the Sales team. Role Expectations: Assist in identifying clients' pain points and challenges and propose innovative, out-of-the-box solutions tailored to their requirements. Support in gathering and documenting customer requirements and creating initial solution proposals covering aspects not limited to scope, solution, architecture, BoM, assumptions etc.. Assist in responding to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs under the guidance of senior team members. Participate in creating and delivering presentations and product demonstrations. Recommend suitable products or solutions aligned with client requirements and business goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer needs. Support knowledge management activities by maintaining documentation and templates. Other Skills: Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and business processes. Good written and verbal communication skills. Analytical skills for understanding customer pain points and basic solution scoping. Preferred Educational Background: BE/B.Tech (ECE/CSE/IT).
