Job Title: Senior Java Architect Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office) Experience: 15+ Years Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Java Architect who excels in designing scalable, distributed systems and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. This is a critical role in driving technology strategy and leading architecture initiatives across our digital platform solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and design of enterprise-grade, cloud-native solutions using modern tech stacks. Ensure end-to-end alignment of solutions with the technical strategy and target architecture. Engage directly with customers to present solutions, gather requirements, and provide thought leadership. Provide hands-on technical leadership across the software development lifecycle. Stay updated with latest technology trends to evaluate and implement innovation Required Skills & Experience Architecture & System Design: Proven experience as a Solution Architect in your most recent role. Expertise in designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture. Programming & Development: Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and cloud-native microservices architecture. Deep understanding of design patterns, data structures, multi-threading, and debugging. Frameworks & Tools: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC, Spring Data JPA RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, Maven, Git, Nexus Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools/processes. Messaging & Event Streaming: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Kafka , Google Pub/Sub , or ActiveMQ . Databases & Performance Tuning: Strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge. Experience in conceptual/logical/physical data modeling and query optimization. Quality & Process: Unit testing using JUnit or similar tools. Familiarity with logging, monitoring, alerting tools. Experience working in Agile environments. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions. Why Join Scope?
