Responsibilities: Functional Analysis and Design: Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements related to SCM processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and planning. Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional specifications. Design and configure SCM modules to align with business processes and best practices. Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality meets business requirements. Technical Implementation and Support: Configure and customize SCM applications to meet specific business needs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SCM systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Perform data analysis and develop reports using SQL and other relevant tools. Assist with system integration and data migration activities. Collaborate with technical teams to implement system enhancements and resolve technical issues. Project Management and Collaboration: Participate in all phases of SCM implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. Manage tasks and meet project deadlines within an agile environment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and management. Vendor management, and liason.
