Roles and Responsibilities: Gather functional and business requirements from stakeholders, sponsors, and end users. Translate business needs into effective system solutions within SAP's Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) and ERP PP modules. Provide ongoing support and enhancement of SCM staging processes in alignment with supply chain goals. Analyze, resolve, and troubleshoot user and system issues, leveraging standard SAP functionalities or proposing custom solutions where necessary. Ensure end-to-end demand flow from market to supplier using accurate supply chain flows and lead times, including the coordination and deployment of new supply chain models. Collaborate closely with functional teams and oversee external consultants or junior developers working within SAP SCM/APO. Follow a hybrid project methodology, combining traditional waterfall with agile principles to manage delivery across phases. Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating system gaps and implementing enhancements aligned with industry and organizational standards. Experience Requirements: 4-10 years of experience as a domain expert in SAP SCM with specialization in APO modules (DP, SNP, GATP). Proven expertise in APO configuration and support, including demand planning and supply network planning. Strong hands-on experience with CIF integration between ECC and APO systems. In-depth knowledge of allocation, rule maintenance, Capable-to-Match (CTM), and backorder processing (BOP). Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects in SAP APO. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants. Education: Any Graduation.
