As an IT Technology Consultant at SAP, you will be responsible for the following: - Bringing 6+ years of work experience / working knowledge in Basis, NetWeaver, Business Objects, Business Objects Data Services, Databases SAP HANA, SAP ASE, SUSE Linux, etc. - Cloud operations knowledge will be an added advantage - Working knowledge in a UNIX/Linux environment, HANA DB, and Sybase ASE databases - Expertise in the area of infrastructure, server management, and Linux will be preferred - Familiarity with one or more of the following products: Content Server, Convergent Charging, MDM, GK Software, OpenText, SAP Cloud Connector, TOMCAT, IIS, IDM, SCM Optimizer, SAP Mobile Platform, TREX, Business Connector - Basic Knowledge in Network and Storage As part of Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS), ECS Delivery (formerly HANA Enterprise Cloud Delivery) at SAP is responsible for running customer landscapes around the globe in a 24x7 operations model. Within ECS Delivery Technical Operations, Incident Management is a service area focused on troubleshooting and resolving incidents promptly. We are looking for an IT Technology Consultant with a strong technical background (Basis / Database / SUSE LINUX expert) to drive service delivery and various continuous improvement and optimization projects within Incident Management at the Delivery Center in Bangalore, India.
