You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, overseeing the governance and technical service delivery process. This includes helping customers optimize the business value of their Oracle investments, mitigate risks, and align IT strategies with business goals. Your role will involve ensuring the consistency and quality of deliverables, providing guidance on successful Oracle technology and Cloud deployments, and supporting customers in overcoming challenges. Your expertise in Oracle SaaS products, particularly ERP, SCM, and HCM modules, will be essential in this role. You should have experience with full-cycle implementation and support of Oracle SaaS ERP/SCM applications, as well as hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS ERP/SCM/HCM implementation. Additionally, you must possess a good understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS applications, and their integration with SaaS applications. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with customers, product managers, and business partners to design and deliver effective business solutions. Your project management skills, including the ability to manage scope, customer expectations, and project timelines, will be crucial to your success as a TAM.
