We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at the Dadra Nagar location.

Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:

Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Understand and communicate customer requirements, ensuring alignment with production capabilities.

Order Processing:

Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate specifications and timelines.

Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.

Sample Coordination:

Coordinate sample development and approval processes.

Ensure timely submission of samples to clients and address any feedback or modifications.

Costing and Pricing:

Collaborate with internal teams to determine product costs and establish pricing strategies.

Prepare and negotiate quotations, ensuring competitiveness in the market.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and competitiveness.

Quality Control:

Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain and improve product quality standards.

Address any quality-related issues in collaboration with the production team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Textile Management, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Merchandiser in the textile industry.

Strong understanding of the merchandising process, production, and quality control.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
