Project Role : Security Architect Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. We are looking for Developers, Technical Leads and Architects having strong development experience on One Identity Manager IGA Suite. As a Security professional you will be responsible for defining requirements, designing & implementing and integrating on-prem or SaaS based One Identity Manager for our customers and integrating it with their enterprise applications. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Configuration, customization, and design One Identity Manager solutions using on-prem or SaaS models 2. Setup, Troubleshoot Configure SailPoint integration with different systems. 3. Able to quickly onboard application and migrate users. 4. Liaison with teams on delivery, helping them on issue technical issue, bugs fixing and enhancements 5. Customize and develop One Identity Manager modules, such as Attestation, Role Management, IT Shop and Reporting, to align with organizational goals. 6. Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and patching for the One Identity platform. 7. Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather requirements and align IAM initiatives with organizational security policies. 8. Lead and mentor a team of IAM developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices. 9. Stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities of One Identity Manager and recommend enhancements to improve security and operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Should have the ability to understand customer requirements. 2. Deep understanding of One Identity Manager architecture, modules, and tools like Designer, Synchronization Editor, Web designer, Manager, Object browser and Web Portal. 3. Usage of tools like Synchronization Editor, Designer, Web designer, Manager, Object browser. 4. Proficiency in VB.NET scripting for customization tasks. 5. Strong knowledge of protocols such as LDAP, SCIM and SPML. 6. Familiarity with databases like SQL Server or Oracle for maintaining back-end repositories. 7. Experience with integration of enterprise applications and platforms like SAP, Azure AD and Office 365 using One Identity Manager. 8. Quick learner, team player and self-starter. 9. Willing to learn new technologies cross skilling, Upskilling Good Communication presentation. 10. Good Articulation and presentation skills 11. BE or MCA or MSc with Good Computer Science Background with good academic record. Additional Information: 1. The candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in implementation One Identity Manager 2.
