Job Description

Location:

Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize LFA components (membranes, pads, conjugates, strip assembly).
Perform nanoparticle bioconjugation (especially gold nanoparticles) and characterization.
Troubleshoot assay issues (low signal, background, flow, stability).
Conduct QC, validation, and statistical data analysis (DoE).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product transfer and commercialization.

Qualifications:

Masters / Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
2–3+ years of hands-on experience in
LFA development
(academia/IVD/medical devices).
Strong knowledge of immunoassay development, nanoparticle stability, and assay validation.
