In this role, you will: Deliver actionable insights into customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve our site and app experiences for travelers worldwide. Partner closely with product managers and engineers to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks. Act as a trusted analytics advisor to cross-functional teams, offering clear communication and updates on project progress and outcomes. Collaborate with data engineering to design and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines and infrastructure. Develop and maintain robust dashboards and automated reporting tools to streamline recurring analysis. Frame complex business problems, extract and analyze data, and present key findings to leadership and stakeholders. Own and drive high-impact analytical projects from conception through execution. Experience and qualifications: 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, with a passion for tackling complex business problems. Proficient in SQL and Excel, with hands-on experience using Python and/or PySpark for data transformation, analysis, and visualization. Familiar with machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised models. Experienced in advanced analytics methods such as predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and quasi-experimental design. Skilled in data visualization using tools like Tableau. Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities with strong ownership and proactive problem-solving skills.
