Job Description

Location: Hyderabad

Department: NBE Services - Antibody Discovery

Qualification: Masters with 2 to 8 years experience

Role: Scientist

Execution of experiments in lab like Hybridoma clone generation, cell line maintenance, Flow cytometry analysis, ELISA, Protein estimation, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot and other related work
Involving in experiment designing, optimization and trouble-shooting of the assigned projects
Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures and results in lab notebooks adhering to ALCOA+ standards.
Operational Excellence-Monitoring of the laboratory and people requirements
Ordering and inventory management of chemicals and consumables required for assigned projects
Helping the manager in preparing project presentations and reports

Key skills: Antibody discovery, Hybridoma based antibody discovery, display platforms, data preparation, data presentation
