To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field. Knowledge of laboratory best practices and safety guidelines is crucial, along with good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The work environment for this position will primarily be in a laboratory or medical/clinical setting, with potential exposure to biological samples and chemicals.
