Qualification: MSc, B.Ed
Experience: 2- 6 years

1. Planning and Preparation

• Plan lessons according to the curriculum and learning objectives
• Prepare teaching materials, experiments, and lab activities
• Organize resources such as models, charts, and digital tools

2. Teaching and Facilitation

• Explain scientific concepts clearly and accurately
• Encourage inquiry, observation, and critical thinking
• Use different teaching methods (experiments, discussions, demonstrations)
• Relate science topics to real-life situations

3. Laboratory Management and Safety

• Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations
• Ensure safety rules are followed in the laboratory
• Properly handle, store, and dispose of chemicals and equipment
• Train students in safe laboratory practices

4. Assessment and Evaluation

• Design tests, quizzes, assignments, and practical exams
• Evaluate students’ understanding and skills
• Provide feedback to help students improve
• Maintain accurate academic records

5. Student Guidance and Support

• Motivate students to develop interest in science
• Identify learning difficulties and provide extra support
