We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with prior exposure to school operations. The ideal candidate will manage all HR functions for teaching and non-teaching staff, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, smooth HR processes, and a positive workplace culture in the academic environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Handle end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff, interviews, onboarding, and orientation. Employee Relations: Resolve staff issues, maintain a healthy work environment, and implement HR policies effectively. Performance Management: Manage appraisals, promotions, and professional development programs for staff. Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate salary processing, statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, PT, etc.), and adherence to Indian labor laws. Training & Development: Identify staff training, workshops, and professional development sessions. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Staff Engagement: Organize events, recognition programs, and initiatives to boost staff morale and engagement. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 9+ years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a school or educational institution as HR Manager Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency with HR software and systems.
