Job Purpose

To design, plan, and implement creative admission-related materials, communication, and visual content that enhance the schools brand image and support the overall admissions process.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Admission Design & Branding

  • Develop visually appealing admission brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.
  • Design creative content for social media platforms related to school admissions.
  • Create templates for admission forms, information booklets, and orientation materials.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with the schools branding guidelines.

B. Digital & Visual Communication

  • Prepare promotional graphics for school events, admission campaigns, and academic programs.
  • Design website banners, newsletters, and emailer layouts.
  • Assist in improving visual elements of the school website related to admissions.

C. Marketing & Admissions Support

  • Collaborate with the admissions and marketing team to understand campaign requirements.
  • Support the planning and execution of admission drives, outreach programs, and events.
  • Design presentations for school orientation, counselling sessions, and promotional meetings.

D. Photography & Videography (if applicable)

  • Capture photographs/videos during school events for promotional use.
  • Edit videos for admission campaigns and branding purposes.

E. Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain a repository of design files, templates, photos, and creative assets.
  • Support documentation of admission events with visual materials.

3. Required Skills

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with school branding and educational marketing.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and video editing preferred.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

4. Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

5. Work Hours & Other Requirements

  • Full-time position with ability to work on weekends during admission peak season.
  • Must be open to visiting school campuses for events, shoots, and branding activities.
