As the ideal candidate for this position, you will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including staff, parents, and guests. Your primary duties will include managing cashier responsibilities to ensure accurate handling of financial transactions, as well as overseeing inventory and stock levels. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing, documenting, and upholding school procedures and policies. Your role will also involve monitoring and addressing inquiries and messages on various social media platforms. Furthermore, you will act as an admission counsellor, assisting prospective students and parents throughout the enrollment process. Supervising Group D employees to ensure efficient performance and maintaining all organization assets in good condition and properly accounted for will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should possess experience in administration, proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills, and effective communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities will be crucial for success in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers.
