Role Overview: You are invited to join a workshop in India where you will have the opportunity to experience the role of a strategy consultant. This workshop aims to provide training and practice within an exceptional team. Following the workshop, you may even be considered for a position at Bain and have the chance to win a scholarship. Key Responsibilities: - Gain unique insights into strategy consulting at the True North workshop. - Learn and practice key skill areas utilized by consultants to address client problems. - Apply your skills and knowledge by tackling real challenges faced by consultants. - Form relationships with like-minded individuals and future leaders from different regions. - Have the opportunity to win a scholarship of INR75,000. - Interview for a full-time position as an associate consultant after completing the workshop. Qualifications Required: - This program is open to students who identify as women in their penultimate year of undergraduate university, regardless of nationality or degree. - Strong academic achievements are preferred, along with excellent communication skills, drive, passion, and problem-solving abilities.
